In setting royalty fees, please consider that manufacturers bear the risk of the successful launch of your product.
The market convention is around 2 ~ 5 percent of total sales.
You will still be able to negotiate/change that rate before you grant the exclusive right to the manufacturer or brand.
If you are selling your design IP, we will take 10% of your selling price which will cover all the legal cost & operational cost on our end. Please make sure selling your design with minimum $1000.
