Age Requirements
No unaccompanied minors ; No renting rooms for others in your name.Rooms can not be booked by guests under 21 years of age.
Accessibility
All units are on the ground floor.As we are an older property and don't have any official ADA rooms.
Parking
Parking is included in the rate, and is located directly in front of all units.
Depending on the size of your vehicle and the location of your unit, we may request you park in a special format (parallel with the unit, or even behind your unit to avoid any collisions due to blind spots). All guests' vehicles must be registered with the office upon check in.
Identification Requirements
All guests must have valid ,government issued photo IDs.
When arriving via motor vehicle, you MUST have a valid government issued photo DRIVERS LICENSE.
Visitor Policy
Any visitors to guests rooms but stop by the office and identify themselves and their vehicle prior to their visit. All drivers license requirements apply to visitors as well.
Check-in Time
Our office closes at 9PM. Please be sure to note your estimated time of arrival when booking.
Late Check-in/No Show Policy
If you are experiencing delays in your estimated arrival time,please call the property to ask IF we can still accommodate your new arrival time.
Failure to do so will be considered as a No Show,and guests will forfeit 100% cost of their stay
Arrival Procedure
We are a small family run property and do all we can to keep guests' costs low. As such,we are often not inside our front office. Simply give us a call using the number posted on our door, and we will join you at the office shortly thereafter.
Unruly Guests
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave at any time for any reason. Depending on the reason we may offer a partial refund or no refund. Due to the length of time we've been in business, we have a comprehensive Do Not Rent list.
If for any reason you feel you may be on this list, please call the property and confirm PRIOR TO BOOKING. ANY GUESTS CAUGHT EVADING THE DO NOT RENT LIST WILL FORFEIT ALL FUNDS PAID AND REMAIN ON THE LIST.
Weekly Stay Policy
All guests staying with us on a weekly basis will be required to read and sign additional forms stating they agree to comply with the above policies .This form will be resigned each week if and when a guest renews their stay.
Check-Out Policy
All guests must inform the property before 11AM the day of their planned departure to seek a stayover. Failure to do so will tell the property you wish to check out. Your belongings will be removed from the room and held by management until the guest retrieves them. Storage fees will be added.
Check-Out Procedure
Guests are to leave their room key and remotes inside their rooms upon departure, locking the door behind you.
Laundry Facilities
We have onsite laundry facilities that may be used by guests on a first come first serve basis from 9AM-9PM. Please contact the office by phone to arrange for pickup of the key.
Smoking Policy
Washington state law prohibits smoking in all motel rooms. Guests are welcome to smoke outside their units, but away from their door where smoke can enter their rooms.
There are sand pails placed throughout the property for disposal of butts and such. We have a spacious property and require our guests to do their part in keeping it as natural as possible.

Cannabis Use Policy
Washington state law also allows for recreational cannabis use.
We ask that our guests choosing to indulge go like **way away** from the door to their units out of respect for neighbors.
Maybe Aunt Martha would have a way better time at the craft fair ,but that's her call to make.

Prohibited Activities
Washington state law prohibits us from renting rooms to minors for the purpose of consuming alcohol or other substances. Additionally, if we suspect the room will be used to facilitate any crime ,we will refuse check in.
We have 24 hour closed circuit security cameras in use property wide as well as on site security.
Legal Agreement
In the event of legal action being required, you agree to arbitration first ,and if found liable, you agree to pay our legal fees as well.

We do not sell any information to 3rd party apps or vendo
Confirmation of Pet Acceptance
IF BRINGING AN ANIMAL YOU MUST VERIFY VIA PHONE CALL TO PROPERTY TO CONFIRM THAT YOUR ANIMAL HAS BEEN ACCEPTED **AND** WE HAVE A PET ROOM AVAILABLE .
Property Pet Rules
All guests that have approved pets must obey all property pet rules. All dogs must be on leashes at all times when walking the property. You must pick up after your animals ,every time,and dispose of waste in secured trash bags ,not united grocery bags into our trash trailer.
Restrictions
Animals are not allowed to be kept inside a vehicle in event we don't have any animal rooms available.
Animals are not to be left alone in rooms nor allowed to bark incessantly. Be advised we always have a variety of dogs out and about anytime of day.

Finally, we do have a variety of wildlife to be aware of: turkeys,mooses, and pheasants.
Cash Payment
If a guest wishes to pay cash upon check in they may do so. However, we will require an authorization hold on a valid card to secure the room. This will be released upon receipt of cash payment in full at the time of arrival.
Card Payment
Any guest paying by card should expect a 3.2% processing fee based upon the total amount of the funds processed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
