Age Requirements
All minors must be accompanied by an adult. Rooms cannot be rented by guests under 21 years of age.
Accessibility
All units are on the ground floor. This is an older property and there are no official ADA rooms.
Parking
Parking is included in the rate and is located directly in front of each unit.
Depending on the size of your vehicle and location of your unit we may request you park in a special format such as parallel or behind your unit. All guest vehicles must be registered with the Office upon check-in.
Identification Requirements
All guests must have a valid Government Issued Photo ID. If guests arrive via motor vehicle, the driver must have a valid Government Issued Photo Drivers License.
Visitor Policy
Prior to their visit, all visitors to guests rooms must stop by the Office to identify themselves and their vehicle. Drivers License requirements apply to visitors as well.
Check-in Time
The office closes at 9 p.m. Please be sure to note your estimated time of arrival when booking.
Late Check-In / No Show Policy
If you are experiencing a delay and your estimated arrival time will be beyond normal business hours please call the office to inquire if we are able to accommodate your new arrival time. Failure to do so will be considered as a No-Show and guests will forfeit 100% cost of their stay.
Arrival Procedure
We are a small family run property and do all we can to keep guest costs low. As such we are often not inside our front office. Simply give us a call using the number posted on our door and we will join you at the office shortly thereafter.
Unruly Guests
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave at any time. for any reason. Depending on the reason we may offer a full, partial or no refund.
Weekly Stay Policy
All guests staying on a weekly basis are required to sign an additional form stating they agree to comply with the above policies. This form is be signed each week when a guest renews their stay.
Check-Out Policy
All guests must inform the property before 11 a.m. the day of their planned departure to request a stay-over. Failure to do so will indicate to management that the guest wishes to check out. Belongings will be removed from the room and held by management until the guest retrieves them. Storage fees will be added.
Check-Out Procedure
Guests are to leave their room key and remote inside their room upon departure and lock the room door when they leave.
Laundry Facilities
We have an onsite laundry facility which may be used by guests on a first come, first serve basis. Laundry room hours are 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please contact the office to arrange for the laundry room key.
Smoking Policy
Washington State Law prohibits smoking in all motel rooms. Guests are welcome to smoke outside their units but away from doors and windows.
There are sand pails placed throughout the property for disposal of smoked cigarettes. Cedar Village Motel is spacious property and we request our guests to do their part in keeping it as natural as possible.
Cannabis Use Policy
Washington State Law also allows for recreational cannabis use.
We ask guests to smoke away from doors and windows of all units out of respect for neighbors.
Prohibited Activities
Washington State Law prohibits renting rooms to minors for the purpose of consuming alcohol or other substances. Additionally, if we suspect the room will be used to facilitate any crime, we will refuse check-in.
There are 24-hour closed circuit security cameras in use property wide along with on-site security.
Legal Agreement
In the event of legal action being required you agree to arbitration first. If found liable you agree to pay Cedar Village Motel and RV Parks legal fees as well.
Privacy Policy
We do not sell any information to 3rd party apps or Vendor.
